We manage escrow accounts in various currencies to provide additional security to our clients during transactions. Our attorney escrow accounts are registered at the Budapest Bar Association and in accordance with the bar regulations, each individual escrow money deposit is recorded online upon receipt and upon release. With the unique identification number provided by the escrow management system, the client may track the recorded escrow amount online at any time, and can also see the deposit and release dates of the escrow amounts.
In addition to money escrow, our firm provides document escrow services in connection with corresponding transactions. Those include documents required for the completion of transactions, as well as documents required to restore the original state in case of a failed transaction.
